The Brief

Utility Aid required a full furniture package when moving into a new site, designed and fitted out by APSS. This included furniture for an open-plan office, break-out space, private offices, meeting rooms and a boardroom.

The furniture needed to reflect the company’s brand as well as be installed ahead of the team officially moving into the building.

The Delivery

More than 120 furnishings were delivered and installed within an 8-hour timeframe. This included meeting tables and chairs, a boardroom table, breakout furniture, office desks and chairs, planter storage units and mobile pedestals.

The installation took place whilst fit-out works were still ongoing minimising disruption to other contractors who were working on site at the time.

The Outcome

The customer was able to set up its IT equipment ahead of the full works being completed, meaning staff could move into a fully furnished and functional new office space.

Staff are now enjoying the use of modern furniture suited for collaboration, relaxation and individual work.
